P.S. The TV is not a necessary. Switch display can be projected to the TV monitor/PC/Laptop to see whether the controller has been connected with the Switch. You can also see the indicator at the bottom of the controller
Any solution for Mac users? Unfortunately can't do anything with the .exe file.
I have managed to fix my problem by desynchronizing the control of the switch and re-synchronizing it, in case it is useful for more people, you have to enter '' configuration '' - '' controls and sensors '' '' desynchronize the controls '' and now synchronize it for the first time using the cable, i hope it helps others.

@b b Hello, yes this is only for the Switch controller. Finish the guide in the first image and download the update file in the next post( click the blue "here" button to download ), Pls keep in mind to follow the instruction.
i saw that nintendo switch actually is in 12.0.1 , with that update the problem still or has been solved? i´m not seeing much people struggling about this so i guess has been fixed or whatever..
I can not download the file. I do not have a pc/laptop only my cell phone and my cell phone says that the file is unsupported.

They should make this easier to fix. I have 2 brand new YS06 controllers that I just received that I can not use. They should also make a YouTube video explaining the process on fixing it.
@baxteR i will do it tomorrow but in spanish, just trying to explain the process without switch cuz i have no that console xd , anyways i dont understand how that program works being on pc and having to connect the controller to switch. anyways, try to desynchronize your controller from your nintendo switch you have to enter '' configuration '' - '' controls and sensors '' '' desynchronize the controls '' and then synchronize your controller again using the cable. and please let me know if that works without using the downloadable program please.
I don't even know how to desychronize my controllers or where configuration is or even controls and sensors. I have no idea I would just like an easy fix or a how to video explaining it all.

@b b It's an google drive download, just look on the right upside corner an symbol like... [_i_] (o m g sorry about that description xd) but yea click on it and there appear an option for download it as .zip (winrar)
