I've dropped the controller recently, and the RB button took the brunt of it. It's unusable and it's really getting onto me. I've tried contacting customer support but they infuriatingly gave a simple "I don't know" with a smiley face.
Has anyone tried opening before? If so, I'd appreciate if you could run me through the steps of opening this thing.
