You can create an out-of-office message that says anything you wish, including who to call if you are unavailable. To generate an automatic out-of-office email answer in a web browser, follow these steps:
In the upper-right corner of Gmail, click the Settings gear.
Select the Settings gear in Gmail. View all options.
Select the General tab using the "See All Settings" button in Gmail.

Select Vacation responder on under the Vacation responder section.
