EasySMX ship to most countries in Asia, Europe, North America.
We have several warehouses located in US, EU and China. if the warehouse near by you run out of inventory, we will ship your parcel directly from China to fulfill your order.
Generally, we will ship within 24 hours, and we will not ship on weekends, and it will be postponed to next MondayBecause logistics is affected by weather, natural disasters, and holidays, transportation and delivery will be delayed at some point!

Shipping
1.Orders from The United States will be processed by Amazon, and shipped directly from Amazon distribution center by your location.3-7 business days.
2.Other countries
a.Standard shipping: Standard shipping will be free of charge everyday on every order.If standard shipping is selected, your order may be shipped via a variety of carrier and take approximately 10-20 business days depending on the destination. Please allow us for 1-2 business days to prepare your package after the order being placed. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number.
3.No shipping to The Territory of Guam. Gaming chair cannot be shipping to Hawaii.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
