All our products are manufactured and shipped from China.
What shipping methods do you offer? And how do you charge for shipping?
We offer two (2) shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping.
1. Standard shipping: Standard shipping will be free of charge everyday on every order (no minimum). If standard shipping is selected, your order may be shipped via a variety of carrier and take approximately 7~20 business days depending on the destination. Please allow us for 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) to prepare your package after the order being placed. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number.
2. Expedited Shipping: If you want to get your package sooner, you can select expedited shipping method at checkout, which will cost extra money depending on your destination and weight of package. If expedited shipping is selected, you order will be shipped via DHL, Fedex, or other express delivery service, and take approximately 5~7 days to arrive. Please allow us for 1~2 business days (excluding holidays) to prepare your package after the order being placed. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders fullfilled by standard shipping methods take approximately 7~20 days to arrive depending on your destination.
Orders fullfilled by expedited shipping methods take about 5~7 days to arrive depending on your destination.
The delivery time may vary for reasons of custom clearance and force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number. You can track your order with that or log in your account to find the order and tracking information.
What if I don't receive my order by the scheduled delivery date?
If you order doesn't arrive by scheduled delivery date, please contact us asap. We will check with carrier and provide you a solution.
What if I am not satisified with my order?
We are very sorry to hear that you have encountered a problem with your order. Please contact us and let us know what the problem is, we will do everything we can to help.
If there is a product quality problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days to submit a refund or replacement request. We are not able to issue that if it has been more than 30 days since you receive the package. Please refer to our contact us for details.
