it's good, feels good in my hands, lights are pretty and do not get in the way and it quickly connects to the pc when i remove it from the charging dock, overall a great controller

the product is phantastic. its sad though that the shipping was from Hong Kong after reading that the brand has warehouses in europe and customers could expect to have their wares shipped from there.
The controller was worth the two week wait, but it was a slight inconvenience nonetheless
Edvin L.
Really great controller overall sturdy build but after just one week of using it I got a crack in the plastic on the handle
Nilotpal M.
Good experience with the product D10 as well as delivery of the product.

Fijne controller, makkelijk te koppelen aan de pc. Ergnomie is erg prettig voor mijn handen. Dockingstation is een erg fijne bijkomstigheid.

Playstation controllers are trash compared to this controller the value for money is out of this world. Thank you!

Both controllers feel excellent to use. No problems so far
Raven W.
The controller itself is very easy to use, had to google some things about how to get it to connect as the pamphlet doesn’t explain it super well but overall a good experience!!
Patrick L.
Had the X20 before but this one, while you can't change the joysticks, I personally love it

Awesome, I bought a pair, me and my wife love them

This controller is great overall, but the M1 and M2 buttons need an on/off switch. Even when they aren’t assigned, they still register inputs, which can be frustrating during use.
I’d recommend you making a D10 Wellzy (“Well Easy”) controller—it includes a touchscreen that makes assigning M1 and M2 much more intuitive, along with the option to disable them entirely. M1 & M2 should be able to use Windows key commands also via the touch screen so no pc software is required.
Additionally, the trigger button design could be improved. In short trigger mode, they don’t feel sturdy or responsive enough, which affects performance and overall reliability. they break very easy during competitive play or being dropped.

the product meets all my expectations. great stuff!

arrived on time and my son loves it!

Great controller, thank you so much.
Raphaël G.
Main nitpick I have is that they don’t have analog triggers
Benas K.
Just amazing controller, love it
Stefanel L.
Got a pair for me and my wife , they behave excelent and are great for experienced user like myself, I have been using controllers for the past 10 years , and a new user like my wife.
The triggers and buttons are amazing and respond adequate.

The EasySMX D10 surprised me with its overall build quality. It feels solid and well made, and the materials give it a more premium impression than I initially expected. The controller also sits comfortably in the hands, and the buttons and sticks feel responsive during gameplay.
For my personal taste, however, the controller is a little bit too small and a bit too light. It’s still comfortable, but players with larger hands might notice that it doesn’t fill the hands as much as some other controllers.
Another limitation is the back buttons. The D10 only has two paddles on the back, which works fine but feels a bit limited compared to controllers that offer four. It would have been nice to have more options there.
Unfortunately, the remapping options are also somewhat restricted. Since it is designed as a Switch controller, the back buttons can only be mapped to existing gamepad inputs. It’s not possible to assign keyboard keys, which would have made it more versatile for PC gaming.
Overall, the EasySMX D10 is a well-built controller that feels good in the hands and performs reliably. Despite a few limitations in size, weight, and customization options, it still offers a solid experience, especially for players looking for a straightforward and comfortable controller.

feels great in hand, high quality material as well. the mechanical ABXY buttons are not to my taste but that is personal preference. for now the only issue i have found is that changing the RGB color requires you pressing both thumbsticks simultanously, which is sometimes a control in games as well... not exactly a major issue, but still.
placement of the back buttons is fantastic, the mechanical short triggers feel absolutely amazing in shooter games.
overall i definitly recommend this controller.
Jonathan T.
Great workes on everything better than oem pads and most pro pads just dont try and get it off temu go direct got burned on my first would get it again if this happens not to last me
JOSEPH G.
Controller feels good in the hands after getting used to it. Turbo function is cool, but not something I needed; occasionally this will be turned on by accident.
I chose this controller because of the trigger modes. Been using the digital setting since the first use and it feels good. Easy to configure back paddle buttons.
Wish it came with a companion software for updates and button reassigning. My paddles are set to the stick clicks; just want to be able to turn them off and have only the paddles be active for those buttons. Oh well.
Feels like the controller might have a little bit of snapback in the sticks, but can't say for sure.
Dock is cool too, but experienced a lot of lag in wireless mode. Could be because the dock was not directly plugged into my computer, but a pass through port.
Overall, I have been enjoying the controller though. Have had it for about a month at the time of writing this review.
Ajay K.
It's so good..I liked everything about it

Great very easy purchase and fast delivery!

Vou devolver.

Perfect for Fighting game! the DPAD is on point!
Mauricio Choquichanca

A good controler. Very cool and easy to handle. It doesn’t look like a « cheap » controler. 9/10

Great gamepad. I'm still not used to using mechanical xyab buttons, so I'm still having to adjust to them. The buttons on the back are a bit annoying because they can get pressed accidentally. But I like them and am satisfied.
Russ C.
So far so great. Only just charged it (Jan08th)after playing continuously since Xmas day. Fits perfectly in the charging station without any fiddling about and looks pretty cool with RGB lights on. Of course my favourite feature is the TMR sticks. Not having to worry about stick drift after suffering with PS and Xbox failures for years is a huge plus. Also the ABXY and RB/LB triggers seem to react quicker because at 77 years old I can’t think my reactions are improving or I’m getting a better gamer. There’s lots more functions to try which I’ve not yet explored although the turbo settings work a treat. I’ve
only given my D10 four stars because although the farout purple is nice I really wanted the Wirtanen green, but that’s my only gripe. All told the D10 is without doubt the best controller I’ve ever used so far so thank you easysmx and keep on innovating.

Its amazing

The remote is amazing and I would highly recommend it to everyone. It has quick easy connection and honestly feel and performs way better than what the price point is. Basically it’s a bang for your buck.

rapport qualité prix vraiment excellent à voir si la manette resiste dans le temps

Everything perfekt. But the connection via the dongle alone does not work.

I'm enjoying Black Myth: Wukong, but the controller's rumble is too weak and only works on one side
Ali K.
Great controller. Buttons feel nice. Looks very cool and colorful

So far, like... 6 months in and it feels amazing. Definitely one of the better controllers I've used in my life.
However, probably the biggest thing to note is the D-Pad. It rolls through the corner directions easily. Which, depending on what you play, may be a make or break. But across RPGs, Turn based games, shooters, and fighting games. I have not had any issues with it (except with fighting games. Though I'm not that experienced with fighting games so it maot likely is skill level on my behalf).
It looks nice, it behaves nice, no sticky buttons or such. It's just overall a pretty nice controller and for a lower price than "official" ones (i.e. Xbox. As this is the most similar to that controller. Yet has quite a bit more to offer.)
Vishaal V.
Controller is great.
liam O.
The controller fills great to use, fast charge time and last for as long as I need it to.
Christian S.
Clean look charging system. Nice to see the rumble system work. Good texture for grip and so much features packed into this slick controller!
Adrian
Really smooth and responsive sticks, mouse like click on the buttons and extremely fast and easy connection. One of the best controllers at this price.
Carson B.
Overall the controller feels very nice in hand. The buttons are responsive and have a nice tactile feedback. The only thing that bumps this down to a 4 instead of a 5 for me is that the right thumb buttons are quite loud. I was hoping for a cherry mx brown sound signature but these are more of a cherry mx blue. Just be sure you like that sound signature before you buy.
Ahmad S.
I loved it
Alexandros P.
Very good
Daniel H.
I can see myself using this controller for many years. Its built well, and the clickyness from the bottom shoulder buttons when locking them is lovely. The D pad is responsive, and hard presses aren't required. I would buy another, even if i dont need one!

The controller feels almost perfect. The only thing that is worth mentioning is that the x y a b buttons could feel tighter because when you press them there is a slight wiggle.
Israel M.
Joystick came broken

Slow delivery, but a very good controller. The only downside is that I wish it had interchangeable joysticks like the X20.

Inquiry Regarding Delayed Delivery of Order #ESM20490
Dear EasySMX Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the status of my order, #ESM20490, which I placed on August 28th. I have not yet received the item, and I would appreciate any updates or information regarding the shipment.
Could you please provide an update on the delivery status or let me know if there has been any delay in processing my order?
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your prompt response.
Thomas K.
The experience has been seamless and the controller has served me well. The macros made a big impression on me, and the charging dock has been a wonderful feature. The only negative worth mentioning is that, one time the LB button wasn't clicking properly, but after switching the LT hair trigger on and off, it fixed itself.
Will easily recommend in the future.
carl w.
The X20 is one of the best controllers on the gaming market, and I highly recommend purchasing one over any official controller.
However, the D10 is a better controller when compared to the X20, excluding the button presses.
The XYAB buttons sound and feel far superior on the X20.
SMX shares the same issue as many controller manufacturers out there: the lack of variety when it comes to controllers designed for those with a wider hand span.
Controllers sold on the market should offer a variety of sizes, just like the shoe industry:
Small: up to 3.1 inches or 78 millimetres
Medium: 3.1 to 3.6 inches or 79 to 91 millimetres
Large: 3.6 to 4.2 inches or 92 to 107 millimetres
Extra Large: 4.2 inches or 108 millimetres and up
I recommend EasySMX consider offering more accessories to address this problem.
I also suggest that EasySMX produce a limited-run controller with C2gripz to resolve this issue.
C-Welly Signing off :)

The product has nice options, it is a bit light, but that also makes it less chance to fatigue your hands.
I ordered 2 D10 controllers, got one and then it took awhile before they responded and send a new one.

Before this controller I was using a $20 Power A controller and after switching to this there's no going back. There's a night and day difference in every way, I'm loving the ability to change the configuration on the triggers to add a new depth to gaming. I had an issue with the controller disconnecting randomly at the start but after resyncing it to the dongle I haven't had a single issue. 10/10.
Gustavo C.
Had it for a couple of months but only used it about 5 times. Even though it has TMR sticks which are supposed to decrease the chance of drifting sticks, I've already got drift on my controller. Pretty dissapointed considering I've used it for less than 20 hours.
Jakub F.
The triggers seem to feel to get stuck a little sometimes and the controller is pretty heavy but I suppose it's to be expected when it has that many features. Other than that it's really great especially for the price and I'm especially loving the auto turn on/off with charging dock. Only slight issue is that I've been seeing some false inputs without the deadzone mode, but not really a problem since even with deadzones, the sticks are more sensitive than anything I've ever seen before. Loving the product
Edward M.
EasySMX makes some of the best controllers. High quality feel and performance.
Katja H.
Betten than Nintendos pro controller! Thanks! Perfect
Ionut D.
its actually really similar to the xbox series x controller, the lighting is really good, the only 2 things i found not as expected were the mouseclick triggers, after 2-3 days started feeling a little mushy and the fact that there is no software app for it, personally i think it would help me to better calibrate it for my liking but overall price quality is almost unbeatable.
