1.How do I place an order? 

Ordering on is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart", "Buy with Shop pay", or "More payment options" button, follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. 

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process and complete the payment, when you are led to the paypal or credit card checkout page.

We currently accept payment via PayPal as well as any credit card with a MasterCard, Visa or American Express logo. Also support Shoppay, Google pay, Apple pay. Making a payment to us through PayPal is easy. You can use your existing PayPal account or pay by credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account.

3.Will I will charged sales tax on my purchase?

No, all product prices displayed on our website include all taxs and fees (no hidden charges here) , but some countries require shipping charges.

In addition, if your local customs policy changes, you may need to pay taxes and fees to your country, which our store does not charge!

4.Can I cancel my order and how? 

Absolutely, as long as your order has not physically been shipped out of our warehouse you can contact us via email or online chat and whatsapp, and we will be happy to assist you in cancelling your order.

5.Can I change the delivery address?

If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist you. If the package has already been shipped, the address cannot be changed.

6.How if I receive the wrong product?

If you received an incorrect item in your recent online order, simply contact us via email or other contact method and we will re-ship it to you once confirmed!

7.How do I use a promotional code?

At the checkout page, to apply your promotion code, copy and enter the code in the "discount code" box and click on “Apply”. Be sure that there are no additional spaces before or after the discount code.

Kindly note that only one promotion code is valid per order. A promotion code cannot be combined with an additional promotion code.
