I had an issue with the first batch. The left bumper would get stuck and an issue with the thumbstick dust cap. I did reach out to customer service and they kept their word and sent me the replacement. I just received the replacement today and everything works flawless.
As far as the controller goes, I love everything about it. From the design to the performance.
The customer service is really great. So I do appreciate all the help.

This is a bit of a rough review for me especially because I've loved all my other EasySMX controllers before this one but for the current price, it left me feeling like it was lacking
First, the build quality. I've only used it for a week or two and already the thin plastic edge piece is very wobbly and feels like it's ready to fall apart any minute now.
Second, the RGB function doesn't exactly work if you set your settings to "Always On" and "RBG" It just gets stuck on a gold color and never moves.
Third, although the screen is a cool addition, I feel like an idle animation would have been cool or maybe something customizable other than just settings. On idle it just says "Connected", even a breathing logo or something might have been a bit more creative
All in all, the response time is slightly better compared to their previous controllers and the button/trigger quality is good. But for the price range, it feels like it's lacking certain qualities.

It is a lot better then my first one I had but that was a older one. The USB for it is great for my pc. I love the universal setup. you can also change the settings quality if needed. The quality is good for the price i paid for. In total i love it and I'm looking forward to what new items thay will make.

Looks amazing that I only wanted to place it on display. It provides fluid motion and range for the joystick. Ergonomic with customizable functions that display right in the palm of your hand, literally. Highly impressed and satisfied with the purchase thus far. Many thanks.

Despite it's appearance, it is surprisingly comfortable. I genuinely didn't expect it to feel this good in the hands while held but I enjoy it a lot. I'm not a big fan of xbox layouts but this controller stood out due to its charmingly ugly appearance and I'm pleased it's a blast to use.

Good controller, after some modifications. As it comes by default outer "frame" makes it a bit uncomfortable, but it is relavitely easy to remove if you're not scared of basic disassembly. Removing that frame does not prevent gamepad from dock charging, which is great. Long USB cable let you place it wherever is comfortable for you

Het is een heel goede controller en hij zit verassend goed in de hand. desondanks het ontwerp ook heel leuk zijn de 2 cover plates die je krijgt. de gouden en de zwarten alleen een klein minpuntje het zou leuk zijn als je software zou hebben om bv een foto of afbeelding g kunt plaatsen op het schermpje van boven inplaats van alleen het menu of uit

My controller was easy to connect to the my switch and it works very fine. The only thing which doesn´t work is the wake up function for the switch console. Only because of this i give one star less.

I love the way it feels in my hands, also after long sessions of gaming there are no sweaty hands, the little screen in the middle makes is very easy to change settings and give feedback.

Love the aesthetic and feel of the controller. The screen/software leaves a little to be desired. Some of the settings don't stay or don't work correctly. I'm sure they will release an update to remedy this issue. Overall I'm pleased with the controller.

Controller came with a faulty right analog stick which didn't click and would randomly be stuck in the "on" position. Such a shame because the controller feels good in the hand, has good face buttons/dpad and the screen is a nice plus. Just a pity about the right analog stick and when I contacted support they only offered a partial refund instead of a replacement. Unusable at the moment for any game which requires R3.

This is the best controller I have ever used. The setup was unbelievably easy. In game, it functions like a wired device, extremely responsive. It is slightly heavier than my old EasySMX but it is the perfect weight to make you feel you are actually in control.

Great controller. Some might find it ugly but I like the way it looks and the fact that easysmx chose to do something different. The thumbsticks are smooth and the controller is very responsive. The onboard screen is also a nice touch.
