Ⅰ.FAQ 

Q1:How to Calibrate the Controller?

1. In power-off mode,press Left Stick & RB & Home to enter calibration mode.

2. The Indicator LEDs will flash alternately as red and green.

3. Rotate both left and right sticks clockwise for 3 full rotations and

fully press both left and right triggers three times at a consistent speed.

4. Place the controller on a flat surface and press the “A” button.

Calibration completes as the controller automatically enters motion

sensor calibration (indicated by flashing blue LED), then the controller

will power off automatically.

Q2:How to Update?

1.Click on the upgrade package

2.After wired connection successfully, press and hold ' X' , ' Y' &' HOME ' buttons, at the same time,the controller indicator light off,entering the upgrade mode, 

3.click on the upgrade .

【Note】If the controller does not turn on after entering upgrade mode, please close the upgrade package and try again.

Q3:How to Connect to Different Devices

a.Connect to PC via Receiver

1. Insert the receiver into a USB port on your PC.

2. Slide the “Mode Toggle'to the (2.4 Ghz) Mode

3. Press the Home button to power on.

4. The controller's LED wil flash (indicating pairing). When the LED becomes steady with a short vibration to confirm pairing.


Forced Pairing(if auto-reconnection fails):

1. Insert the wireless receiver into a USB port on your PC, press and hold the receiver's button for 3 seconds until its LED flashes rapidly.

2. With the controller powered off, press and hold the Home button for 3 seconds to power on.

3. The LED will flash rapidly, then become steady with a short vibration to confirm pairing.


b.Wired Connection to PC

Turn the toggle switch on the back to the receiver position and connect the

controller to the computer via the data cable.


c.Bluetooth Connection to Phone

First-Time Connection:

1. Slide the Mode Toggle to the Bluetooth mode.

2. Press and hold the Home button for 3 seconds to power on.

3. The controller's LED will flash (indicating pairing).

4. Enable Bluetooth on your phone,then search for“Xbox Wireless Controller”

and select it to pair.

5. When the LED becomes steady with a short vibration to confirm pairing.

Reconnection:

Keep the Mode Toggle under Bluetooth mode, and short-press the Home

button toreconnect your phone.


d.Connect to Switch

First-Time Connection:
1. Slide the Mode Toggle to the Switch mode.
2. Press and hold the Home button for 3 seconds to power on.
3. The controller's LED will flash (indicating pairing).
4. On the Switch,navigate to Controllers>Change Grip/Order to enter
pairing mode.
5. When the LED becomes steady with a short vibration to confirm pairing.
Reconnection:
Keep the Mode Toggle under Switch mode, and short-press the Home
button to reconnect your Switch.
【Note】 In Switch mode, double-click the M button to take screenshots and
press the Home button to wake the console.

Q4:Mode Switching

While in 2.4GHz or wired connection mode, you can switch

between controller modes:

Long-press View & Menu Button for 3 seconds to cycle through:

①X-input mode (blue LED1 remains on)

②D-input mode (red LED2 remains on)

A short vibration confirms a successful mode switch.

Q5:How to Adjust Lighting

Cycle Lighting Modes: Press M & R3 to cycle through:

Mode 1: Dynamic (colorful)

Mode 2:Breathing effect

Mode 3: Solid color (press Left Stick & Right Stick together to cycle colors)

Mode 4: Off

Adjust Brightness:

①Press M & turn Left Stick left to decrease brightness.

②Press M & turn Left Stick right to increase brightness.

【Note】When the controller is in the charging dock,the dock's RGB lighting synchronizes with the controller's settings. Users can choose to enable or disable the dock's lighting.

Q6:Charging

Charging Indicators:

①Off State: When charging. Indicator orange LED2 remains solid. The orange LED turns

off once fully charged.

②Connected State:The LED indicates the current mode.

(X-input mode / D-input mode / Switch Mode)


PowerOff:

Press and hold the Home button for 5 seconds to power off,

or the controller will automatically shut down after 10 minutes of inactivity.


Low Battery Warning:

When connected, if both red Indicator LED1 and LED2 flash rapidly,

it indicates low battery. Please recharge promptly.

Q7:Joystick Circular/Square Area Switch

Press and hold the Menu button and R3. Both thumbsticks will switch to a rounded square response mode.

Q8:Factory Reset

While the controller is powered on and connected (in any mode), press and hold BACK+START+M for 5 seconds.

The RGB lights on both sides will flash green slowly twice, then all lights return to normal.This indicates the factory reset was successful.

c.Testing Tools

To help you quickly check if your controller is working properly, we recommend the following testing tools for different devices:

i.For PC

ii.For Android Phones & Tablets (International Version)
Please download and install the app Game Controller Tester from Google Play to your device, then run it to test your controller.

iii.For iOS Devices
You have two options:
Download the Controller app from the App Store to your device, then use it for testing.
