Its really good i recommend.

Love the controller. Good connection and overall feel. One minor thing; The outside ring where the thumsticks are being pushed against, moving in a circular motion feels ruf / uneven / cheap. Still i would recommend this controller.

I just bought this controller for the hall effect so I wouldn't get stick drift, but the controller looks amazing and it's compatibility is great. I used it for my switch at first but it was extremely easy to change to PC. 10/10 would recommend.

The controller for the price is fantastic. It feels great in the hands, works amazing, looks great. Although I do think it has a few flaws. The joysticks that you can take off, come off a bit to easily; I often found myself accidently flicking them off. another flaw is there is no clear OFF button. By far the biggest flaw this controller has is there is no clear way to see the battery percentage, and the battery life is somewhat lacking. The controller definitely has its flaws but for the price, you are getting an amazing controller. I would definitely recommend.

Honestly a great controller for the price. Problem is I ordered it on Amazon and didn’t use it for a while as I ended up moving shortly after. When I finally cracked it open I realized it didn’t have the Bluetooth connector in the box so I’m stuck using a wired controller. If it wasn’t for that issue I’d give it 5 stars

Would prefer start and back be in the correct place rather than higher up and the backpaddles to be a little less sensitive, but otherwise it's a great controller with no issues at all

I enjoyed the controller a lot! It looks and feels amazing. The clicky buttons took some getting use to, but I enjoyed the flexibility of the triggers being able to be click based instead of the hall sensors. However, I believe the plastic on the swiveling portion had tension due to long periods of holding down the RT click which caused the rotating plastic attachment piece to break. I just sent a email asking for a replacement so I could DIY fix it myself. Hopefully they have great customer service too! Without the piece that broke in under 6 months time, this would easily be a 4-5 star controller!!

USB C wire is long. - Battery is very good, lasts long. - Buttons, bumpers and triggers feel amazing, the short distance and long distance trigger settings are very nice too. - Looks amazing too, the LED’s are super good too. - Amazing value for the features included.

The fact that your getting a controller that looks and feels premium for less that £50 is insane, your getting tri mode connectivity, Hall effect joysticks, triggers with easy to switch to trigger locks and 4 programmable back buttons and of course way to control RGB. Build quality is solid, ergonomics feel great in my hands so for less than £50 there’s nothing to complain about here.

First of all I like the controller for the price range, but I do got a few points that I would like to see addressed when looking for an upgrade; -The plastic around the usb-c on the controller is just a mm too tight to fit my other cables, other than the one provided (intentional?) - The softest vibration still feels way too hard, and uncomfortable to the point I disabled it altogether (comparing to the switch pro) - The dongle setup suffers from interference from other wifi devices tablets/phones, not sure if it has to do with the battery but it feels like the lower the battery the more (often) it struggles. - The battery could do with an upgrade I think it lasts 20h now? It's nice and sufficient, but I'm not sure how it will develop when/if it degrades over time. - All the buttons give a click when pressed, it would be nice if it would be more silent. - personally my hands are a bit bigger and would like a slightly bigger, and heavier controller.

Great look, awesome quality. The mechanical switches are satisfying to press. The only thing I missed is the black version of this controller :( One negative feedback tho is the battery life indicator, there is no indication at all, you only get visual effects when the battery is about to go and it's time to recharge. There are 4 LEDs on the bottom of the controller, it would be cool if it could utilize them to show off the status of the battery. But beside these, I really love it.

I want to preface this with I used Elite and Elite V2 controllers for years.The X20 feels premium. The plastics used are quality and stiff, I cant get this thing to flex. No off-gassing either! Good texturing on the rear buttons and triggers/shoulders. Body has nice feel and a lighter texturing helps with grip. Front grip is a nice with semi soft grippy rubbery material. No palm sweat in my week of use! Buttons are really nice. Elite/xbox buttons feel mushy and delayed. The X20 feels good with the nice responsive click. Turbo buttons are a great touch. Sticks feel very nice and snap back is just where I want it speed wise. Sticks have a nice resistance that feels smooth. My only notes would be that its very light. That might be me, I am use to the heft of an Elite V2. The battery is also a bit small for my tastes, but that is also because of my past with Elite controllers only. But for the price of an Elite, compared to the price X20 It is a no brainer. Throw in the QOL improvements and it would be a mistake not to buy it. This sounds dumb, but I look forward to using it and that is not something Ive experienced before

I keep getting these review questions, but my x20 is STILL not here, its been 20 days and no updates in 11 days. Please make sure not to send more of these to people who havent gotten their controllers yet, its just provoking.

I received the controller after some time, which is expected since it is out of the country. I received the controller and it felt good. I didn't understand the instructions regarding changing the height of the joysticks and spun it like the pictures shown. I ended up messing up the inside of one of the joysticks and in order to try to make the controller usable, I super glued it down. Overall controller is great for the price! I didn't understand the very brief instructions and paid the price. Wish I could have another controller.

I wouldn't know how the controller is because I bought it for an Xbox Series X and it's not compatible.

I really like it only a little observation sometimes I flick too hard and the magnetic thumb stick goes flying off. Other than that it’s great.

Better than some of the more expensive controllers on the market

Overall it's a good controller, the only problem I have with it is that you cannot actually use the back pedal buttons as actual buttons. You need to fiddle with the controller to map those buttons to different buttons, or button combinations, which is very hard to do. It would have been much, much, much better, if those buttons were simply buttons which you could map to certain actions in game.

EasySMX X20 -Works better than my XBOX One controllers -There's no drifting at all (I tested Eiyuden Chronicle Hundred Heroes that is very prone to drifting) -Gyroscopic movement worked on Switch 2 Breath of the Wild game -Switch 2 and PC games have worked without any problems so far -ABXY-buttons are clicky -Cool RGB -I haven't tried back buttons and haven't tested battery life yet -I was happy with price -Feels good in hands I give 10/10 to this controller, feels premium and everything just works so far.

It's a really really nice feeling controller, I mainly got it because I was tired of replacing Xbox controllers that eventually start to malfunction one way or another, I haven't had it long enough to say whether or not it's more durable but the quality of it so far has given me a lot of confidence that it will last a long time. I originally was skeptical of the RGB lighting (I don't like RGB in general) but it's got a surprising amount of customisation you can do with it straight out of the box, including turning it off, which is how I prefer it. I've never had a nicer controller.

Since the unboxing, left joystick keep getting "stuck" when I push it left, like there's some kind of glue inside the mechanism.

So far a good controller, good price too. Got it to test out the joysticks so hopefully it doesn't get stick drift if it doesn't then it's a must buy.

Won't go past 2 charging lights no matter how long i charge, tried via pc and outlet charger!

Best controller for this kind of price

Perfect controller but there is a flaw that I wish they could add and it is to add it on Xbox! They have a perfect controller that can have tons of platforms to play it with but there isn’t Xbox on that list and so I could only use it for my phone.

The controller is fantastic, but my unit has a defective battery and only lasts about an hour of play time. Hoping to connect with Customer Service to resolve.

Easily the best controller I’ve ever used. I’ve been using Xbox and PlayStation controllers and as much as I like them, the fact that they receive stick drift and cost a lot of money is a clear reason why I’ve switched to EasySMX. The controller not only looks amazing (in white) but the tactile buttons feel very clicky (but not annoying) and there is something amazing about the thumb sticks. They are really snappy.

During the first 2 weeks of excessive use, it seems to hold up alright. Buttons feel good to press, joysticks hold up, bluetooth is working well, no problems. I will have to see how it looks after one or two months, but at the moment it seems like a great product.

Pad feels perfect, a little on the light side but its an incredible pad. es[ecially for the price.

Controller glitches out randomly and presses random buttons. I have never had a controller where the turbo activates automatically for no apparent reason. Also the circularity of the joystick changed randomly as well. I have updated to the latest firmware too. What a piece of garbage

The controller's left stick was immediately sticky on arrival. After a bit of use it would start becoming harder to turn to the right and sometimes would even completely stick to the right side for like a second. Was quite dissapointing as rest of the controller feels good. Would probably refund it, but it's just too much hassle.

En general, el EasySMX X20 tiene un buen diseño y se siente cómodo al jugar, pero he tenido algunos problemas importantes con el apagado del mando. En varias ocasiones se apaga solo en medio de una partida, lo que interrumpe completamente la experiencia. Además, si no lo uso por unos 30 segundos, se apaga automáticamente, lo cual puede ser molesto si haces pausas breves. Ojalá hubiera una forma de desactivar esa función o al menos configurarla. Si estos problemas se solucionaran, sería un mando excelente por su precio.

Satisfied, better than other options at this price

Things I don't like: 1. Left joycon (stick) starts drifting when I press the left stick button, it goes from (0, 32767) to something around (0, 20000). Reset when I reconnect or hold the left stick button 2. Some buttons (Y, X, Directionals) sometimes do not register 3. Wifi would disconnect sometimes when over 1 hour of gaming Apart from those, everything else is great.

It doesn’t work with Switch 2 and hear that you are not providing firmware updates to fix this

Points I like : the style, the clickiness of all buttons, the trigger modes, the beefy USB cable. Things I do no like: the dead zone for the joystick is present when connected to iPad in cable or Bluetooth. This is the biggest drawback :( I cannot play fps; the big input latency in Bluetooth mode.

Loved the controller while it worked. But after about a month, the left joystick started sticking severely upward. Depending how the customer support is will determine if I need to edit this review. So far, they are quite slow at responding. Its been almost six days with radio silence.

2 hour battery life kills me. If it doesn't get a full 24 hour charge it won't connect. Don't buy unless you like pain.

controller can't read full input from left stick, works for about 5 minutes after recalibrating and then stops working again.

Left joystick has problems with the circularity, especially in "forward" direction. Changing connection option or unplugging controller seems to temporarily fix the issue, so I think its software bug. For the record, both me and my friend ordered the controller at the same time, we both updated the drivers, but the issue persists.

It's a great combo of Xbox and ps5 joystick. Works with a pc without trouble smooth and nice and... Ye great

Pretty much the same quality as the Xbox controler but for half the price and more quality of life features. The istructions for modification/turbo sound a little hard but I don't better with them. The joystick came badly calibrated so it's important to re-calibrate it when using it first

Great controller. I only have two things that I don't like. First, the gyroscope only works in Nintendo Switch mode, which I either overlooked or wasn't really mentioned. Second, less annoying than the first, that in Nintendo Switch mode the triggers don't work as linear. but everything else works great and although it takes some getting used to, it is actually the best controller I have had
