After my old and cheap controller broke I decided to try this one, I'm amazed with this one, everything from quality to performance feels great. Since I mostly play on keyboard and mouse, controllers are kinda new to me. I love how clicky the buttons are and options to lock the triggers and use them as a click. Joysticks also feel great and appear to be very precise. Vibration motors are very strong but can be configured or turned off. RBG is a nice addition, and buttons light up, big + from me.
Included cable is thick and strong, I only use it for charging tho.
Overall I recommend and love this controller. I hope it lasts a long time :)

Looks and feels great. The X20 has a good weight, not too light to feel cheap and not too heavy. The plastic is a great quality and the grips are grippy. I can't wait to test the longevity of the hall effect joysticks. I have had too many drift issues with potentiometer style sticks. There is no latency to be felt. The 2.4ghz dongle allows me to use this all the way across the room.

This controller is super impressive for the price. It'd be a little more convenient for me if the wireless dongle was USB-C, similar to my headphones. That's pretty much the only difference I could hope for in the future though.
Since the analog sticks are removable, I think it'd make sense to add an extra kit for like $10 with 4 different sticks, 1 shorter 1 taller and a convex variant of the 2. I won't want it myself but if it was an accessory to get at checkout it would make sense.
I'm sure the worst thing that hurts this controller overall is that it can't be used on xbox itself. I wonder if that would add a ton to the price for licenses or something? Either way, it doesn't affect me at all, but getting around that issue would probably be my strongest recommendations for you guys to sell an infinite amount of these things. Good controller, 10/10.

I have been using first party xbox controller for a long time now and decided to get the EasySMX x20. It did took me around 4 hours of playing to get used to buttons, the joystick feels very smooth.
The shipping as well, I was afraid that I would have to pay alot for customs, but it was very minimal.
So overall controller and shipping everything was perfect. Am enjoying the controller.

It's very comfortable in my hands, evry button is mechanical (even the analog triggers can be set to be mechanical), and the hall effect sticks make me not worry about stick drift at all. I really enjoy the controller after almost a year

First impressions were great. It worked on the Steam Deck and the Nintendo Switch. I used the USB connection for the Steam Deck. However, after a few hours of gaming, the controls became unresponsive and extremely sluggish. I have a friend who had the same issue. He said that is better to not use the USB connection and just go with Bluetooth, so there is still hope that this turns out to be the controller is should be

The LB needs improvement it's a little clanky it can get stuck while the RB is perfect, the magnetic sticks dont fall off very often but they can fall while playing so there could be an improvement there as well. Overall good controller.

I'm just thinking about 2 things that can be upgraded. I found that the "Share" and "Option" buttons are kinda awkwardly placed. I would love to invert them with the "C" and "TURBO" buttons, it would be much better. And the additional buttons on the back would be perfect if we could turn them off. I often press them unintentionally on games where I don't want them.
Otherwise, very good controller for this price range, absolutely recommend it !
P.S : The controller is pretty light, compared to a Xbox series one, so be careful if you don't like light controllers

Great controller for the price. Looks good, feels good. Only downside is slightly recessed usc-c charging port, not many cables will fit, but you can always use original cable to charge up your controller. Would recommend.

I'm enjoying the controller a lot. The battery usually lasts for 3-4 days of casual gameplay with RGB and vibration turned on. Charging takes around 3 hours but you can still play while charging.

I like it, I do however have a small gripe with it, I wish the turbo button either had the ability to turn it of entirely or it was switched with the back button, I've found that I could very easily accidentally trigger it while using the controller.

I use the controller everyday and works great overal. The battery duration is a bit on the low side. I have to charge more then other controllers. I would like to see the USB-C port cover? changed. At this moment the only cable I can use that fits the hole to reach the port comes with the device. All my other standard USB-C cables don't fit. Side note, customer care was great. There was a delay with the device but it was solved without effort.

not happy with the quality. looks and feels good. buttons keep getting stuck. first it was the A button a few months back which just eventually fixed itself. now its the LB button. I except the controller to last longer than 6 months so I'm very disatisfied with the product.

Great controller. Been needing a good one with Hall effect triggers for a bit now and the affordable price should not fool you. This is a quality product, slightly lighter than the original Xbox controller but feeling in hand is almost identical to it.

I think the sticks are great, and it operates flawlessly. It's my first purchase of a mid-tier controller.
The buttons look great, but feel less clicky, which makes them feel less responsive. I feel like after much use they will be the first part to give out.
The programming with the C button is a nifty idea, but there's so many combinations for using it that there's simply no way to remember it all. I'd much rather have a program, or separate buttons that each have a task.
The lights are pretty cheesy, they're not terrible but they're not good enough to be a positive. If anything they make the controller look cheaper and more lame than it is.
I think the extra buttons were more made as a design choice than a functional choice - the center buttons are pretty uncomfortable for my hands to use. I would much rather have extra buttons at the top where the tips of my index fingers rest. I thought the top buttons 9n the Razer Wolverine V2 were pretty much perfect.

I received the controller, and it looks just like the photo and videos. The control feels premium and looks great.
However, my box did not include the instruction manual or the cable. Now I am not able to charge the controller since the USB Type-C cables I have at home will not reach the connector. I am trying to get a hold of a customer service representative to obtain a cable so that I can keep using my controller.
